The day will be dedicated to acclimatizing to the pristine air of Ladakh. It is crucial to rest and stay hydrated during this period.

Small Trek Around Leh for Acclimatization
The morning sun beckons as you embark on a leisurely walk to the Shanti Stupa, a serenely perched monument that seems to touch the sky.

Leh to U.T Kangri 1st Camp
Depart from the guest house at 8 AM for U.T Kangri's first camp, located before Tanglangla Pass.
The journey is a 3-hour drive, followed by a short trek from Rumtse Tea house to the 1st camp.

Camp One to Base Camp
Start the day with a picturesque mountain view. After breakfast, trek to the base camp, a gradual climb lasting 5-6 hours.
The terrains are well-formed due to frequent visitors. Enjoy lunch with magnificent views, followed by a short walk around the camp for acclimatization.

Prepare for an early morning start at 1 AM for the U.T Kangri Summit.

The duration depends on snow conditions and endurance, likely taking 10 to 11 hours.
The summit rewards you with breathtaking views of the Zanskar region. After descent, enjoy refreshments at the base camp.

After breakfast, trek down to the road head camp (4 to 5 hours), where cars will pick you up and transfer you to the guest house.
